It has been brought to our attention that a new group has approached schools to hold a “Toxic Tuesday” civvies day and are asking for cash donations.

We have been inundated with parents enquiring if this initiative is part of Upper Highway Air and if the funds are coming to us. We need to clarify that whilst we encourage other lawful initiatives, we have to advise that this is not an Upper Highway Air NPC initiative, the funds raised are not coming to Upper Highway Air, and we cannot say where or what the money will be used for.

The latest developments with UHA are that we have launched court proceedings against the Authorities, and so currently have numerous cases pending. Our funds are being used in our continuous monitoring, expert reports, and soon to be court appearances etc.
