We received notice today, 28th August 2019, that the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries, Barbara Creecy, has uplifted the suspension notice in toto. This means that EnviroServ are allowed to go back to full trading at the Shongweni landfill. The Minister stated that she is happy with their containment

GREEN SCORPIONS VS ENVIROSERV CONSITITUTIONAL COURT CHALLENGE
EnviroServ have removed the constitutional challenge from the roll on Friday, in order to try and negotiate a guilty plea deal with the prosecution in the criminal matter.
